The United States and China have announced that they will dramatically reduce tariffs for 90 days while they negotiate in trade talks. This comes as President Donald Trump is set to leave for the first major foreign trip of this term and is reportedly getting ready to accept a controversial gift of a super luxury jumbo jet from Qatar.
