A new bill from the Texas legislature, that still needs a signature from Gov. Greg Abbott to become law, would make it easier for parents in the state to apply for vaccine exemptions for their children. It comes amid the ongoing measles outbreak across the United States, with Texas seeing the bulk of infections. NBC’s Anne Thompson reports for TODAY.
