The entire 12-member board overseeing the prestigious Fulbright scholarships, which offers international graduate students to study in the United States, resigned on Wednesday. They’re accusing the Trump administration of meddling in the board’s authority to award scholarships. The board says the State Department, which runs the program, had denied Fulbright awards to a substantial number of individuals who had already been selected.
