Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., spoke on the Senate floor about his experience being removed from a press conference in Los Angeles with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. The senator grew emotional recounting the incident and recalled being “handcuffed just for trying to ask a question.”
