Texas residents, which include SpaceX employees, are voting to turn Elon Musk’s SpaceX headquarters into the state’s newest city called Starbase. The proposed land where the new city would be is about one and a half square miles and is made up of SpaceX complexes, homes and land. NBC’s Marissa Parra reports for Saturday TODAY.
