In another reversal, President Donald Trump announces his 50% tariff on the European Union will be delayed by more than a month, from June 1 to July 9, after a request from the European commission president. It comes as the president threatens to impose a 25% tariff on iPhones to urger Apple to shift production to the US. NBC’s Garrett Haake reports for TODAY.
