President Donald Trump posted on social media that he plans to reopen Alcatraz prison, which closed in 1963 and has become a National Park Service site. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports on Trump’s reasoning and why Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., who represents the district in which the former prison is located, thinks reopening is a costly endeavor.
