Delegations from the United States, Russia and Ukraine are meeting in Turkey on Friday for the first face-to-face between Russia and Ukraine officials in more than three years. While Trump, Putin and Zelenskyy are not in the meeting, NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY on new details of the negotiations.
